GLOBAL OPS - Executive Security Driver
Executive Security Driver is a trained security professional responsible for secure transportation, route planning, advance work, evasive-driving awareness, and ensuring the personal safety and privacy of the principal at all times. This role operates under GLOBAL OPS’ standards, protocols, and supervision.

About the Role:
GLOBAL OPS is seeking a highly professional and discreet Executive Security Driver to support a high-profile principal based in Manhattan. This position requires exceptional driving discipline, strong situational awareness, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced urban environment while maintaining the highest standards of safety, security, and confidentiality. The ideal candidate has experience working with high-net-worth individuals, corporate executives, or ultra-high-net-worth families in New York City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secure, efficient, and comfortable transportation for the principal throughout Manhattan, surrounding boroughs, and the Tri-State area.
- Conduct route planning with consideration of traffic patterns, road closures, security risks, and time constraints.
- Perform advance work and coordinate safe arrivals/departures at residences, offices, and venues.
- Maintain strict confidentiality, professionalism, and a low-profile presence at all times.
- Drive with exceptional defensive and security-focused techniques appropriate for NYC conditions.
- Ensure vehicles are meticulously maintained, fueled, cleaned, and mission-ready daily.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the GLOBAL OPS security team and follow all operational protocols.
- Support emergency procedures, contingency planning, and protective measures as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an executive driver, security driver, or executive protection agent in NYC (required).
- Familiarity with Manhattan streets, traffic patterns, and high-security transportation best practices.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Professional driving or protective services certifications (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and polished, discreet demeanor.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and maintain situational awareness.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended hours based on principal needs.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check, drug screen, and security vetting.
